The customer's computer system and login account will be configured and the user will receive basic training on logging in and saving files.
The Customer's primary computer will be reconfigured to meet current Westmont Living security and connectivity standards. The user will be guided through uploading all old files to cloud storage, and the service provider will then continue to reconfigure the system while the Customer is not in contact.
The Customer's computer system will be connected to the local Community Konica Minolta printer/copier by the service provider.
This is a catch-all appointment type to use when the service provider has asked you to set up a call time for follow up on a help request created in WML's IT Help Desk System.
A configuration and light training appointment to configure account settings and reference systems training materials for new Team Members.
This is the service to schedule when you have been prompted to have your system upgraded to meet current account security and login conventions. You will generally only need to schedule this service if you have been directly prompted and are using older equipment.
Though the service time is long you will generally only need to be present for the first 20 minutes and an indeterminate 10 minute period towards the middle of the service.
